Lose Big Programme

Finally , it is now about 6 weeks after the 13 weeks programme.

I have drop from 108kg to 98kg, 10kg in 13 weeks, and now 94kg, additional 4kg in 6 weeks.

I am still 94kg, with my tummy and double chin, abit of change but still FAT lor.

I have over trained in the past 13 weeks, hit the wall for 3 weeks, trying to adjust all ways that i can.

Now I have just started two, yes not one but 2 new programme

1) Racer Toolbox - Run Programme... its all abt run, how long, every day

2) HPB Lose to Win - this is a group exercise , aerobic, ya .. some ok alright session .

My goal, to lose another 10% in 12 weeks =D

But i am starting abit slow now, compared to my days in FF.

I will still continue to blog in my Go Elisha Go... until i reach my idea weight

Remember , Weight lost is not a sprint, it is a long distance race =D
