Beivied - need to break out of the cycle

Today is the end of second week of our new programme, Lose to Win.

Just did a 45 min jog at Mount Vernon (yes, the old cemetery). It is bright and sunny and I am with my husband, plus other people jogging (I hope they are PEOPLE)..

I weighed 70.9kg this morning, no clothes on. With clothes it is usually 71.5 to 71.9. And I have been stagnant around this weight for a very very long while.

Looking back at the start of the Lose Big programme, I was around 76kilo, having lost a kilo through challenging my colleagues in Credit Suisse.

But it is not even 10% of my weight.

The determination and perseverance that Alice has shown in the last three months is simply appalling. I will try to exercise more also, and hope that I can get better results.

ok, you girls are freaking me out... I am not working out now. My only routine is walk n walk around the stadium, and lie on the bed during the day time. I have been fasting for 7 days, and have not lost a kg yet ... (i lost abt 500g only) , i really dunno how Ros lost 4kg by fasting for 5 days, she must have damm alot of water in her.
