Alice and I have been on the Biggest Loser programme for seven weeks now, and we are seeing a bit of results... though I must say, for the first three to four weeks, it was totally at least for myself. I didnt see much weight loss until I really work out more seriously on the fifth week, and also cutting out foods that I think normal, like mixed vege rice. just one rice meal a day is enough to make my efforts wasted.
Although I dunno what is Elis's weight now, but it is quite obvious that she has lost weight as she is slimmer now, and like one of our friend say, can see more of her neck, hahaha.. goodjob!! Jia You!!!
So now I am eating mainly salad, cereal, and seafood soups. From the start of the programme at about 76 kilos, my weigh in yesterday was 72.7. Alas my weight fluctuate on a daily basis. Today my weight is 73.5. I slept at least six hours, so I think it may have to do eating too many preserved plums at mama house yesterday, which may cause water retention due to too much sodium.
We have another six weeks to go, so we must make sure we make full use of this remaining six weeks!!!
