What is stopping me?
on working out
1) no time to exercise. I work up to 16 hours a day during month end, and 12 hours sometimes.
2) very tired after work. during work a lot of brainpower is used, and by the time work is done, all i want to do is have dinner and sleep.
3) menstruation. Whenever I have menses, I also dont feel like exercising.
4) just plain lazy - bad mood days that you just done feel like working out.
on food
1) i try to cut down on my food, but every weekend i will eat more than weekdays even though i think that i am already cutting down. so end up even if i exercise, i dont lose weight
2) i lose more weight on days that i eat salad and subway, but it is expensive to upkeep. so i would go to eat za cai fan, which somehow, is very bad for my weight.
3) i am learning how to bake cakes, which means i do eat some cake every weekend.
what should i dooooooooo???? @_@
last year i was weighing 74 or something when we started our resolution. i ended with 70 kg but balloon to 77 kg in a few months. now i start to exercise again i weigh between 74 to 75 kilos, depending on when.
so sian.

if you want to lose big then u need to do big....
we are different from the biggest loser participants, we still need to work, so in order to lose big, we need to do big too...
