New Start, with photos

Alice and I joined a fitness program to lose weight, and have done the first week. At every session we would do about half hour to 45 minutes of cardio training, and then strength training. There are sooooo many problems and obstacles to losing weight, that it just seems an unattainable dream.

What is stopping me?

on working out
1) no time to exercise. I work up to 16 hours a day during month end, and 12 hours sometimes.
2) very tired after work. during work a lot of brainpower is used, and by the time work is done, all i want to do is have dinner and sleep.
3) menstruation. Whenever I have menses, I also dont feel like exercising.
4) just plain lazy - bad mood days that you just done feel like working out.

on food
1) i try to cut down on my food, but every weekend i will eat more than weekdays even though i think that i am already cutting down. so end up even if i exercise, i dont lose weight
2) i lose more weight on days that i eat salad and subway, but it is expensive to upkeep. so i would go to eat za cai fan, which somehow, is very bad for my weight.
3) i am learning how to bake cakes, which means i do eat some cake every weekend.


what should i dooooooooo???? @_@

last year i was weighing 74 or something when we started our resolution. i ended with 70 kg but balloon to 77 kg in a few months. now i start to exercise again i weigh between 74 to 75 kilos, depending on when.

Heavy issue

Well it is kind of silly and impulse for me to join the Lose Big Programme, somewhere in my brain I was thot to Lose Big but not viualizing the amount of effort I need to put in, after a week or two... i realised that what I have done is not enuf and more more is need to do if I want to lose 2.2 pound.. and 2 weeks weight is not dropping, of i feel abig disapoointed and when on makan spree... hey hey dun get the idea wrong ... I am that type that I only eat plain home cooked food.. makan spree means I eat outside.. and eat dinner....

but since i am already in it, so i need to bulk up and replan...

New beginning (again)

Ok Ok ... I have signed up for the Lose Big programme, and yesterday was the Orientation/Fitness test.


Yesterday weigh in .. at home, on my fav weighing machine is 106.8kg. But the problem is every Monday I wil be 108kg... reach wednesday to friday , I will go to 106.8 -107.5kg, the yoyoing is too big and too consistant le ba....



And let back track.. Jul 2009 I was 112.xkg Nov 2009 I was 108kg, that is about my proud 4kg lost... then from Dec 2009 to 31 Mar 2010, I am 107kg.... meaning initial stage I lost kg 4kg in 4-5 months time, and lost only 1 kg in another 4month, what the H**k..

This is not worst , cos I did the weigh in at Fitness First , it is the horrible 108.1kg. damm it... just cannot escape from the figure 108!!! even my first time used locker number is 108 .. kns..

I need to break thru the 108 Spell...

I have started another blog to track the progress. for 12 weeks.... I should at least drop 8kg ... (not for anything but the money I paid hahahaha)

My aim - 10% weight loss (10kg) for Apr - Aug 2010 since I am going to put in sooo much effort

Then Ramadhan - you know why lah (but 2009 I did not experience great weight gain ... er until Hari Raya hahahaha)

Then another 5% weight loss from Sep 2010 - Mar 2011 hahahaha
