Well, I dun think i really feast for the past 4 days, since thursday, but I ate a little more than usual, and had rice. And worst is I did not exercise for 2 weeks.
Guess what ? I weigh 109kg this morning, on my new fav weighing scale (mmm maybe spoilt le)
So disappointed, can't i just eat abit more, exercise a big less . and 4 days = 8 months effort wasted.
So what am i going to do... I have a few plan
Plan A I come to think, the most stable weight loss happened if I jog every morning. So shd i wake up as early as 5am to jog?
Plan B Convince my self that I am a cow that eat grass? or maybe allow some soup? or maybe allow 2 slices of bread in the morning? and maybe just allow myself to lunch at the canteen once a week? and allow free eating day during the weekend? Maple diet? Egg diet? Apple Diet? Soup Diet? What sort of diet shd i go for, just shut my mouth, water diet? No oil, No rice, No chocolate, No soft drinks, No cake ( ya Ivy No cake) no no no
This is just so Not Fair

after 24 hours, I weigh at 108.6kg.. How do i do it... by purging the weekend accumulated waste out of my body hahah... so i conclude that Monday is NOT a good day for weighing.
