I love the weighing scale that Evon gave to me... it says 107.1kg this morning (6am without clohes and b4 breakfast) hahahaha
Well, it was 107.6kg last night but i bet it was due to my clothes and pants and the food i ate.
Great I shall weigh more often, forget abt my office gym... the scale just goes up up and never down down.
So New Resolution, with Helmey , We will Run 1.5km every night, and I am into the interval training again after reading an articles abt this is the best way to burn fat ina shorter time frame. I will still leave one day for longer run though.
As for Food - i wish i can be like evon, just take soup and lost so much in a month, abt 5kg is it? Well too bad , it is CNY... after CNY ba.
