Dun ask me abt my weigh... since Xmas party... year end party... other dept invited party... hunney bday party ... new year party... my own bday.... my anni.... and my daily makan .... All and alll make me dare not to step on the weighing machine..
Last week of 2009, I have started 2 runs on that week.. 1.5km and 3 km respectively... heel still hurt but not that much...
First week of 2010... i took the first 2 days off to send children to school... so i have the luxury of doing my morning runs.. 4 jan 1.5km... 5 jan 3km.... and also walk 8 jan 3km... and 9 jan i ran a good 2.8km... OMG.. i go back to my running additiction.... running is too convienent... just a pair of shoes and off i go.... but I have added more brisk walking to my so called run....
And to much unfortunate.. or fortunate.... this year (and the many years ahead) i need to send helmey to school by 7am... and fetch hunney by 6.30pm... so i reckon i will be able speed up the process of my weight loss plan... ahahahaaa..
I lost abt 4.5kg in last 6 months... so my target by Jun 2010 shd be another 5kg... *wink*wink*wink* ..
For my sisters... run , eat brown rice, and water vegetable... run... is the best cure ba....
