Beivied - Fattening up

straight after my Tokyo trip, i gained back all the weight i lost, and now i am at a steady 74.5kg.  Damn all the good food!!!!

And working until midnight everyday just doesnt help. Plus the meal allowance, I am eating very full dinners for the whole week. One month no gym.

SIGH.

Next week I am back to the gym!

the last round i weigh is 107.8kg.. at SGH last december.. until now me haven't stepped on the weighing machine yet..

of course i feel fat....

food wise... u shd eat what u cook for pickles and tofu... very healthy but change to brown rice...

if u cannot do exercise on weekdays... do a long run on weekend... and a cross training... on sunday lor...

Walk ... on yr MBT once a week from office to home...

Sweat it out... If all the above cannot work for you... just climb the stairs .. everyday!!!
