Beivied - Should We Meet Up Every Week?

Hey Sisters,

I was thinking, should we fix a day and time as our Meet Up, to do some exercise together, and also to have our weight maintenance meeting? We can change the place and activity, as long as it is something that makes us exercise... for example, Swimming, Cycling, even walking also good. And we should also make sure on that day, we have one meal together. A healthy, low fat but still delicious meal.

What do you gals think?

errrr if we are determine enuf,, we shd be doing our bootcamp ourselves...

i thot of meeting every sunday or at least 1 sunday of the month we should met at bedok reservoir and run... abt 4.8km

well i think these four months (if not the last 30 years) have been pretty good proof that we are not determined enough ...

we can go to the reservoir, at least walk, if cannot run. we can also do other activities lah, like swimming (at swimming pool), play badminton, cycling etc.. can switch now and then to make things more interesting.


so, shall we start from this sunday, mother's day? :)

i think you gals are pretty quite frustrated or confused with the number of emails you are getting on our blog .. paiseh! last one! just wanna say, if we sign up for the fitness boot camp, then at least for two months, we confirm will be meeting up once a week to exercise together, i think thats pretty good leh. why not we sign up for it?
