This is a real life case
There is this Kaka who stay at 6th floor of my block... she WAS 160kg last year ... guess what she is now 90kg ++ only...
She is above 50 years old, mother of 3 kids... It was after a life threatening event that changes her life. She told me she was hospitalised for a month, cannot breath and hardly moved.
So once she is discharged, she spent her morning walking, walking, and walking for an hour. Until now she prob walks about 5km per morning ba.. she comes back dripping in sweats... but she look happier and younger now.. she always tell me, " Ai if you are not working u can walk with me...." Too bad my schedule very tight (Lame excuses) ....
So everytime I see her, I remind myself it is possible, with determination.
So what we lack is the Determination. So Jia you Jia you
(Oh of course she reduce her food intake too lah)

Footnote ... She lost 60kg and I think I know where some 10kg goes .... to me =D
tis is wad my phamavist told me . she saw we cant run then walk but lazy lor
walk also must have a certain speed.. cannot be too slow, cos it doesnt bring up your heart rate enough to start burning calories. so need to brisk walk. if cannot brisk walk all the way, can walk slower (at least normal pace) then speed up fast fast for five minutes, then go back to normal pace, then speed up for five minutes... alternate the speed. it also helps to pump up the heart rate effectively. this is what the SGH fitness trainer taught me.
