Register by 31 March 2009 - Passion member $15, Public $21(but they will give you free 3 years passion membership)
Hunney is out... helmey I am not too sure if he can survive 5km... the max he went is 2km...
Pooh- 5km very siong. so actually I would rather u start with 3km first.... and unless Ah Keong join ba. hahahaha

HMMM... if go for the aerobic workout one day before, i dont think have energy to do this already ..

hey some say this run scarly alot of old pple turn up ... so we shall give this a miss ba.
