Diet Plan - Success Story from Mama

Haha ... bet you girls will be jeolousy that mama passed me the secret of her slimming diet plan right ... she passed to me cos she think I am hopelessly overweight ba .. kekeee

Okay for the past 2 months, she has been cooking drumstick + veg (like carrot, bittergourd, cabbage lah) and have it for lunch and dinner... and not fogetting she totally dun eat bread now (er what she ate for breakfast? A pot of coffee)... and she lost abot 2 kg without any exercise....

But since last week she need to cook dinner for Papa and benny, so she herself reckon that she will put on the weights back , hence she share with me her story loh...

Seemed easy har.... okay if i go market on sunday I will try .... for as long as i can ...

cheh, as if she never tell me. .. and you never mention the most important thing... it was SOUP ok

but very important things that still need to take note: should avoid putting in chicken skin or other animal fat into the soup.

need to avoid putting too much soya sauce etc that would increase the sodium level.

vegetables in soup should be much more than the meat
