Ah how true this is... I really added alot mroe walking to my daily routine to save that feeder service money, too bad my pedo went swimming and drown... haven't collect the new one yet.. I thot this is quite cool for walking... hey some where in my clusters have a DVD called Slim walk or walk something to loss weight... let me find out and burn a copy for you all hey... happy walking.
