Beivied - Weight Blog

I couldnt have started this without my new purchase on Saturday - a weighing scale! And in the effort of finding one reasonably priced digital scale, I walked four shops and probably (hopefully) burned some calories in the midst of it..

I will record my weight movements every now and then, and only record the body fat and water content whenever 1) there is a change, or 2) when I remember to check, or 3) monthly. 哎呀,看心情啦!

70.7kg - this is the weight recorded at SGH today. Noticed how one good exercise workout brought my weight down by 1.5kg, but no more exercise in the week, I gained back 700 grams. Exercise is very important!!
