Ok, let's face it - none of us here are well disciplined enough or have really strong determination to sweat it out everyday. We just cannot ignore the pain in the knees (or anywhere) that kicks in once we start to do anything close to even burning 10 calories. We are not able to push away the innocent looking plate of chicken rice and tuck into a bowl of raw green vegetables. That is why we are fat. And getting fatter.
Tigger and I have talked about this before - Weight management programmes from hospitals. Not sure if this make any sense, but to be monitored and advised by proper dieticians, sports consultants sounds like help to me.
CGH - close enough for Pooh and the price is pretty low considering the stuff in it - http://www.cgh.com.sg/corporate/weight.asp
Not sure what is nearby for Tigger?
Alexandra hospital - http://www.alexhosp.com.sg/index.php/wellness/weight_management_programme
SGH - no price but some aspects of the programmes seem pretty good

SGH is not too far for me, CGH a bit further but still ok ba. the nearest is Raffles Hospital but more expensive and dont seem to be as good

there are other hospitals too, private ones too but I wont list all down la hor
so... what do you think? :)
