You know what, I wasnt sure why you put the blog as Weigh In, and when I tried to google how often you should weigh yourself, then I realise that is really what it is called - Weigh In. Your English powderful sia!
Are you weighing yourself at the same time of the day? I think there is difference between morning and evening because of bone density changes, something like that ..
I need to do something before I can start my Weight Blog .. buy a weighing scale!!!
