Both of you going to envious abt me le
I started Kick Boxing on every monday and ABT on every tuesday this week. and it will goes on for 9 weeks. This one office organised one , so it start abt 6pm - 7pm .. I joined with my boss some more .... so can cabo hahahaha
But I tell u very very siong, cos these 2 days my legs are sooooo sore, i could hardly move my poor thigh .. and aching all over until I need to take panadol... and i did not jog too... leg too pain le.
At least it covers 2 days in a week le...
New plan is to add at least 1 more running session to the kickboxing and ABT lesson, adds up to 3 session per week
Actually I have very good environment, cos my office got gym... shd i throw in 1 gym session.....
Mmm also I went to woodland poly last yesterday , they have
1) Weight Management Programme $360 for a 6 month programme
includes 10 session to see doctor, nurse, dietician,,, abt 3 each
also 6 workout session
also ECG
also dunno what starter kit
2) GYM - by privite service provider
They tell me 6 month programme means u go gym 2 times a month, hence they ask me if I want to sign up for gym membership , that I can come any time i like, where they will plan for you a 30min cardio session and some toning according to your needs... but is $120 for 3 months
After much consideration, I think to go for the talk which cost me abt $5 for the weight management programme first... and the gym part, if I am discipline enuf , I could have use my office facility, do i need the trainer... errrr.. second thot, may be better lor hahahahah
too bad this is at woodland (marsiling MRT) else we can go together
