Tigger - Food and Plans - 03/02/2009

Tuesday 3/2/09

Tigger starts religious class yesterday, so every Tues and Thurs got class @ home, with a lady teacher comes to my house... must be spiritally fit as well...

Dun ask me what i ate yesterday ... most will faint.....

Breakfast fried kway teow, Lunch Tau Saun only, Dinner .... bread + titbits + carbstick and nonsense thingy

4/2/09 I weight myself OMG ... today is 110.6kg, how come, how come =(, I gained 0.9kg... and I am going for company buffet tomorrow =( , saturday Connie's house, sunday Mummy's Birthday...

What to do , what to do....

Breakfast Fried Bee Hoon, Lunch Chicken Rice... hopefull can tahan til dinner

Tonight I will go jogging again ....

Exercise Plan
- I will join the ABT class every tuesday (but tuesday 8.30pm got class)
- I will commit to jog every Monday and Wednesday.

The run that I will do
1) Jul Shape Run 5km
2) Aug? CSC Run 5km (if never clash with Fasting month)
3) Dec Standard Chartered Run 10km

and also looking at more 5km... actually we can run at Bedok reservoir ourselves, since is free...

Food Plan
How har... I still live to eat lei ... Okay I will eat like a cow... or eat a cow? Help me Help me

Joining run events is more of committing yourself to do a run.. you have paid money, you will be running/walking with others, you cannot turn back ...

If we have that kind of commitment doing ourselves, slimming down will be a much easier task .. dunno about you two la, but I sure am having a hard time committing to eating less and sweat more..
