Hey, not sure if you gals realised but I have provided you with admin rights to this blog, which means you can edit anything, from posts to customization of the blog.
We can make use of this to maintain our weight and food blogs. Instead of posting a new blog everytime we want to update our current weight and daily food intake, we can just use one post, and edit it everytime.
For example:
Beivied - Food Log since 25 Feb 2009
and I put: 25/02/2009 - ate Shrimp Wonton
and I post the blog.
Tomorrow I go back to this same post, and click Edit Post.
Then I add: 26/02/2009 - Bread with Kaya, Coffee
Do the same thing everyday and all your food intake is only in one post. Unlike now it is very hard to keep track as a proper food diary.
And we can do the same for weight. So each of us has one weight blog, one food blog.
