INFO - Take a step back, how we should PLAN

Maybe we should keep our Plan a little simpler.

Three things that we need to do at least, as a start.

We should identify at least

three things that we are doing that should be STOPPED e.g. eating fried chicken wing, eating supper, drinking any gassy drinks.

three things that we should START doing e.g. walk 2-5km a day, buy a weighing scale, eat more boiled vegetables

three things that we should CONTINUE to do that helps us e.g. eating porridge, reading SHAPE magazine and BLOGGING!

after move to pasir ris 2yrs le nv take supper at all , think oni twice ba .......

gassy drink , after i know i got diabetes , i really cut down , last time 1 dy oni i can drink 3 large coke from MAC , now once a week ba drink 1 can gassy drink .will try not to drink , mostly i drink oolong tea n plain water at work lor

fried chicken wing ? hahaha.... my fav ..... okok i will stop eating that .........
