I know I have disappeared for one week .... I dont have internet access in Bali, hence I am not able to update the blog.
Anyway, one week of info is tough! What I feel consoled would be, diving is, to some certain, a bit of exercise, given that the water is pretty cold, I might have burned some fats. I also had to swim through approximately 500m of water four times a day for five days at least, before I get to my dive site and more finning underwater.
The bad part, is food. I am on a holiday right, so, naturally, I eat. Cant remember what I have eaten, but every morning I had two slices of bread, one coffee, one fruit juice, one or two eggs, and a ham/sausage. Maybe a croissant sometimes. For lunch, it is mainly nasi campur, which is basically like nasi lemak. one day we had babi guling, which is basically balinese roast pork with rice. we had fruits like rambutans, snake fruits, oranges, durians. Every day dinner we eat local balinese food, local balinese chinese food. on the very last day, I had diarrhea and LS at least eight times. Went to see doctor immediately once I touched down at Changi Airport. Did I expel all the fats from my trip? I hope so...
I also had a bad fall at Bali, does that help to burn any fat...?
