Beivied - Not so good Food intake 5 n 6 Feb

Wei wei wei, how come today both of you never post???

Actually I seem to be the only one not exercising .. except for walking my dogs.. and Tigger, no I dun intend to carry them ... 10kg each!!


5th Feb food intake was not good.. basically it was peanut butter sandwich, brown rice porridge, pb sandwich, pb sandwich, brown rice porridge. Also drank soya bean. Too much carbo!!!

exercise, i walked my dogs slightly longer, maybe 2km and got chased by five cats. i didnt run, but maybe the fright cause my heartbeat to go so fast that i burn some calories.

6th Feb - Exercise, also walked the dogs, maybe 1 - 1.5km...

As for food intake, so far ok, but morning dunno why I felt really hungry .. ate one slice pizza (my leftover) and one sandwich, went to bed very full... then i had dong gua soup with carrots. 11pm had some brown rice and a few broccoli, which I cooked for tonight, but 11pm was a bit hungry so dug a bit to eat first. oh and a small banana muffin that I made. Had to test ok or not before i make more right.. .. hehehe..

tomorrow morning going for Swensen breakfast with my colleagues.. i must choose the healthiest option .. and evening got colleague bbq.. i dun intend to eat there.. god save me!!!
