3am - McSpicy burger, no meal - I know, still not good
6am - Vegetable Cereal
12noon - Bread with peanut butter
10.30pm - Hor Fan

4.00am - 1/2 roast chicken sandwich, one bowl of instant CP wonton soup
one cup of tea
some dried cranberries
7.00am - the other 1/2 sandwich
9am - Swensen brakfast, kids meal hotcakes with orange juice
slept at 3pm or so
8pm - Dinner at Mother's home. Rice, oily chicken, oily duck, vegetables

11.30am - Chilli Noodles (ate only half the noodles), Xiao Bai Cai and Xian Cao Drink
8pm - Dinner at Mother's home. Rice, Cabbage in Soya stew (黑菜), Sichuan vege soup and Mei Cai. There was stingray in chilli oil but I didnt eat it.

2pm and 4pm - I bought vege (dunno what, green leafy one), mushrooms and bean sprouts from the mixed vege rice stall and eat together with my own brown rice. still got enough left for dinner.
7pm - one slice of papaya and one packet of guava without sour plum powder
9pm - fishball soup with half a bowl brown rice

4am - the rest of the dinner (vege (dunno what, green leafy one), mushrooms and bean sprouts from the mixed vege rice stall and eat together with my own brown rice.)
before 4am - Half Snickers bar, some Pocky sticks
6am - Mango and Orange yoghurt drink
6pm - Chicken Mayo sandwich
10pm - one small bowl of red bean and lotus seed soup

3am - home cooked brown rice and 香菇拌炒木耳和斋羊肉。

before 3am - a portion of the Snickers bar
5am - one cup of hot (turning cold) tea
9am - 2inch Subway Roast Beef sandwich with Honey Oats Loaf toasted
6pm - 4inch of the same sandwich, one small bowl read bean and lotus seed soup
10pm - one plate stir fried cucumber with sea asparagus and 2inch of the same sandwich

2am - one cm of Snickers Bar
4am - home cooked brown rice and stir fried cucumber with sea asparagus
one cup of Nescafe 3in1 with High Calcium Milk
9am - red bean bun
7pm - Kimchi instant noodles
10pm - oily snacks at my mother in law place
3am - Macdonald fries and regular ice lemon tea- I know, fattening. But I feel unhappy, need comfort food..
still have a McSpicy left havent eat

slept only 2-3 hours
1pm - ate up the McSpicy, slept again at 5pm
9pm - red bean bread - i think
shit, cant remember what else I ate
2am - Black Pepper Pork Chop with Spaghetti, Kopi Xi - i know.. oh my god!!!

7am - did i eat? cant remember
1pm - I must have ate something, but I cant remember now what I ate
7pm - sinful dinner, grilled steak with french fries, ice lemon tea
somewhere in the day i must have ate an otah bread

12pm - brown rice, with sliced cucumber and sea asparagus, and mushrooms with a bit of mock mutton
4pm - same thing
7pm - white rice with mini steamboat, mainly made up of vegetables, some pork meat, mushrooms, fish balls, scallop and prawns
midnight - Low fat ice mocha coffee
slept at 3.30am woke up at 8am - tired!!!

9.30am - waffle with peanut butter, Teh Xi - This was at SGH, they dont have any healthy breakfast, this is about the most healthy liao ..
2pm - Prawn Noodles (米粉汤)with no additional schallot or oil.
slept at 5-6pm till 9pm
woke up, nothing to eat.
cooked two bowls of fried brown rice with mock ham and frozen mixed vege, using 4 teaspoons oil. ate at 10.30pm
also drank two bowls of my ginger tea cooked with longan and red dates.

Diet has been BAAADDDD over the weekend... must go back to controlling my food!!!

3am - ate the fried brown rice
12 midnight - 3am - sipping NutriSoy reduced sugar soya bean milk, now maybe 100ml liao?

I have not recorded my food intake for one week. I cannot remember what I ate and at what time, but I can only roughly say what went in, at least in Seoul, and today.

My parents in law moved in with me on Wednesday, I cooked vegetarian dinner, which consist of old cucumber and 枸杞 soup with mock mutton, and one Chinese mushroom cooked with carrot and potatoes. And brown rice. Ate this during my night working hours too.

cant remember what i ate on Thu, except dinner again, vegetarian dishes cooked by my mother in law. Ate bibimbap (Korean rice) on the airplane. Had orange juice too I think.

The stuff in Korea.... I had kimchi at every meal, and alllll kinds of Korean food la. Dunno how to record it, but it must be enough to make me put on weight, which I still havent weighed myself since I am back ..

Today 17/03/09
10.30am- Kimchi burger that I bought in Seoul but havent eat. Three coffee biscuit thins from Ikea, with 3 in 1 coffee with Soya. And some kimchi.
3pm - two slices of bread with peanut butter and cheese spread. And one cup of yoghurt drink
6.30pm - vegetarian dinner. Old cucumber soup with 枸杞 and carrot。 Broccoli stir fried with chinese mushrooms and carrot. White rice mixed with a bit of brown rice. Very light cos my mother in law didnt put any oil at all.
9pm - by this time I got hungry. Ate two small bowls of soup, which I added mock meat inside.

18/03/09
4am - The same as 17/03/09 dinner, but soup havent drink yet. Two big handfuls of Taco chips. One cup of tea with two satchets of Equal.
