Ok, I cannot recollect exactly what I ate. Let me try ..
Sat - Swensen breakfast, with egg, sausages, toast and coffee.
Sleep.
Pizza Dinner. Banana and marshmallow and choc sauce dessert.
Went to friend BBQ only ate chao mi fen.
Sunday - Forgot what breakfast was. Most probably pizza again.
Lunch - two bowls of Mummy's lovely chicken curry.
Dinner - Mummy birthday dinner. Please refer to Tigger's post.
Monday - supposed to go for health assessment for weight management programme but cannot wake up cos slept at 7am Monday morning.
What was breakfast? cant remember.
What was lunch (after I wake up)? cant remember. should be three slices of french toast.
What was dinner? Chicken sandwich
Tuesday -
did i take breakfast? I should have, but cant remember.
Lunch .. lunch ... err... hmm... dunno. :((( might be the french toast. Then what did i have on Monday? Hmmm...
Dinner - took three loaves of Breadtalk bread throughout the night.
Wednesday -
Breakfast - Maybe one more breadtalk bread.
Lunch - Lots of broccoli, mushroom and some boiled potatoes.
Dinner - the same thing as lunch, but much more potatoes, very little broccoli left. And my colleague's Filipino choc powder cooked with rice.
now full, FULL, fat, FULL, FAT, FULL.
I dont even have a weighing scale to weigh myself. And I am going to Bali for six days from Friday. If I can log into internet, I will blog from there as well. :)
Ok, we ALL NEVER EAT PROPERLY during Chinese New Year. Cant say QIAN GONG JING QI - we just need to get back to being very careful about what we eat...
POOH - no more HOT DOG and FRIED FOOD!!!
