Ok, becos I work NYK hours, my meals are a bit off..
10am - one small cup of Yoghurt and a slice of Pizza (left over from Sat) - high calories :(
6pm - Mixed vege rice - cant rem whats in it, but there is chicken and vegetables
3am - White rice with stir fried long beans, mushrooms and a bit of chicken - cooked myself
Snacks - one cup of tea, two prunes, a handful of wasabi peas. one cup of no sugar added orange juice
Mistake One - too much carbo. I should try to have at least one meal with no carbo.
Mistake Two - Slept too late (11am), caused me to be hungry. Wake up too early (5pm).
Should sleep earlier and wake up later to avoid eating too much.
Exercise done today - vacuumed the house, mopped the house twice, walked the dogs twice - probably 1 to 1.5km walk in total
Plan - sleep earlier tomorrow. Walk the dogs for longer distance. Buy a weighing scale. Buy a skipping rope and two 1kg weights.

I told u right... hold one dog each under one armpit then u got weights le ma....
and i saw this article abt not enuf sleep will grow fat neh..
dun buy skipping rope , i can get it free from my boss . gd one gt dunno wad meter de ....
