Ok, seems pretty good to introduce/blog about myself/ my current statistics..
Age : 30 in 4 months 1 week
Height : 158cm
Current weight : not too sure, should be 70kg ... time to get a weighting scale
This means my current BMI is 28 - OBESE.

Lowest weight (since adulthood): 52kg (that was when I was 21, and landed in CGH for 6 days due to acute neck abcess). My BMI then would have been 21, much better, but I was not in good health, probably due to wrong method of dieting - pure meal replacement milkshakes. So much for BMI indication of health..
Ultimate Goals -
Goal 1 - to be able to complete at least one 5km run within half hour by the end of 2009.
Goal 2 - to be able to climb Mount Kota Kinabalu/Mount Ophir by end of 2009.
Goal 3 - to reach a healthy BMI of below 23 - which means I should not weigh more than 57kg.
should include my vital statistics... arrrghhh... feels too horrible to pen (type) such terrible stuff..
